My Story

As a proud Colorado native and longtime Park Hill resident, Chris Merman brings deep local knowledge and a passion for Denver real estate to every client he serves. With a degree from Colorado State University ('94) and a background in sales and entrepreneurship, Chris transitioned into real estate to follow his lifelong passion — helping people find their perfect home or maximize their property's value.

Specializing in the Park Hill neighborhood, Chris understands its charm, strong sense of community, and diverse architectural styles. As a top-performing agent in both volume and sales with LIV Sotheby's International Realty in Cherry Creek, Chris holds multiple real estate designations, including CNE, GRI, and Distinctive Properties Certifications, underscoring his commitment to excellence.

Real estate runs in his blood. Mentored by his father from an early age and now an experienced property investor himself, Chris owns multiple apartment buildings in Denver and Texas. His firsthand experience gives him a unique perspective when guiding clients through buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

Beyond real estate, Chris is dedicated to giving back. He helps organize annual philanthropic events, including a golf tournament and a holiday luminary fundraiser benefiting local schools.

Chris enjoys golfing and spending time with his beautiful wife Nina and two sons, Keaton and Vaughn. You will find them in the high country skiing, snowboarding, and enjoying the great outdoors that Colorado has to offer. Grateful for an amazing group of neighborhood friends, co-workers, and family, Chris makes sure that new residents are welcomed in a way that becomes synonymous with his lifestyle of serving others.
