Gorgeous, tree-lined streets in Park Hill

When choosing a new place to live, gaining knowledge about the neighborhood is a key factor before making any offer. Here are just a few reasons why my family and I love the neighborhood.

Walkability. On any given day, you'll find many people walking through the tree-lined streets of Park Hill. Whether you are heading to get a coffee, need a quick item at Spinelli's Market, or just want to wind down and chill at a park, Park Hill has everything within walking distance! Great sidewalks, slow-moving traffic, and wide streets make getting out easy.

Historic Architecture. Park Hill features incredible examples of historic homes and styles. From turn-of-the-century homes to brand new rebuilds, one of my favorite pastimes is to check out the architecture that makes Park Hill special.

Local Stores and Restaurants. Several popular pockets of Park Hill feature exciting and fun local places to go. From breweries to hairdressers, Park Hill has a lot of great opportunities to keep it local.

Environmentally Conscious Community. Throughout Park Hill, you'll find examples of environmentally conscious practices, including recycling, solar power, native planting/landscaping, and more.

The Park Hill Newspaper. Once a month, the Park Hill Newspaper is available to all in the community. This award-winning community resource is an incredible opportunity to learn about Park Hill and its goings-on. The non-profit organization is a part of the Greater Park Hill Community Association, which features and promotes fun events, such as the 4th of July parade, home tours, and a wonderful home garden tour each year.

Proximity to Denver Activities. Close to downtown Denver, Park Hill makes going to dinner, a theater show, or a sporting event a short bike ride away. Driving or Ubering? Ten minutes gets you into the heart of Downtown!

Schools. There are many great public and private schools to choose from in Park Hill, and having so many options makes finding the right fit for your family easy. Several private schools provide a wide range of budgets and philosophies for all styles of education. Most are within the neighborhood or a very short distance to commute.

Park Hill is more than just a neighborhood; it is a thriving community where connections are made, traditions are honored, and a shared sense of belonging is felt by all.
